The Experience
Energy On The Fly is a curated retreat limited to approximately 30 attendees — deliberately sized so every conversation matters. No conference badges, no keynotes, no vendor booths. Just the right people in the right place with the right amount of open sky between them.
Spend a day and a half on the Texas coast with expert fly fishing guides, followed by hosted dinners and the kind of unhurried conversations that actually move business forward. The relationships built here tend to last well beyond the water.
All-Inclusive
Comfortable accommodations at Key Allegro — Riviera Street Sister Properties on the Rockport waterfront.
Expert guides, quality gear, and access to some of the finest redfish and trout flats on the Texas coast.
From dinner Monday evening through lunch Wednesday afternoon — every meal handled, so you can focus on the people.
A deliberately small, hand-selected group drawn from across the energy industry spectrum.
Hosted evenings and open time designed for real conversation — no agenda, no forced ice-breakers.
The Room
Deliberately small — curated for relevance
